Huizen, The Netherlands -- June 15,th 2004 --- ECXS Information Systems announces version 2.0v1 of ecOrganizer, which is the result of gradually introduced new features based on customer feedback and suggestions in versions from 1.6v1 thru 1.6v16 !
Tool tips is a new feature that has the biggest impact on the rapidly growing group of new users. Although ecOrganizer already has a user friendly and consistent interface, first-time users will now also find out in no-time what the iconized buttons and tabs can do for them. In addition to this, we’ve also introduced skin types, so that the look of ecOrganizer will be similar to the user’s operating system. In a multi-user environment, each user can pick his/her own skin type, zoom level (100, 150 or 200) and language. You can now choose between English, French, Italian, German, Dutch and Portuguese.
Other changes in 2.0v1:
- Quotation estimated chance % of getting the order and anticipated purchase date
- ecSync can now synchronize the same contacts with multiple Palm’s in a multi-user environment
- ecOrganizer Lite
- additional print option via RTF templates
If you do not yet have a copy of ecOrganizer, the please visit our website at www.ecOrganizer.com and go to the downloads section, where you can find demo’s for Mac and Windows. When you first start the demo, you can choose the language and the skin type will be automatically set to the operating system you’re using.
The ecOrganizer demo’s also contains the modules for quotations (ecQuotes), invoicing (ecInvoices) as well as time- and cost management (ecTimes). All you’ve got to do is go to the preferences/settings and select the required modules under the license section.
